About the Instructor
Clement Benedict serves as the primary facilitator and brings firsthand understanding of the challenges faced by individuals navigating incarceration, re-entry, workforce reentry, and systemic barriers to employment. Raised in Brooklyn without consistent access to positive role models and formerly incarcerated himself, Clement draws directly from his lived experience to connect authentically with participants. He has facilitated professional development and workforce readiness workshops for hundreds of incarcerated and returning individuals and currently works in career readiness and re-entry support. His facilitation approach emphasizes excellence, accountability, self-reflection, and resilience, while supporting participants in identifying practical pathways toward stable employment, leadership development, and long-term career success.
The E.L.I.T.E. Program is further strengthened through intentional curriculum design, structured delivery, and continuous reflection to ensure alignment with participant needs and workforce outcomes. This integrated approach ensures the program maintains clarity, consistency, and measurable impact while remaining responsive to the lived realities and professional goals of participants.

About the Program
Through its E.L.I.T.E. Program (Excellence, Leadership, Innovation, Training, and Empowerment), R.O.L.E. delivers a comprehensive professional development and leadership initiative designed to meet participants where they are and support long-term career growth. The program is grounded in trauma-informed and culturally responsive practices, recognizing the lived experiences participants bring while equipping them with practical, career-ready tools.
By addressing gaps often left by traditional education and workforce systems, the E.L.I.T.E. Program integrates personal development with practical skill-building. Participants engage in interactive workshops, reflective exercises, and applied learning experiences that support career readiness, leadership capacity, and effective workplace engagement.
